About Me

I am often asked, how long have you been photographing? As I have had a chance to really think about this question, it truly started when I was about 15 years old. I received my first 35mm camera and learned to develop black and white film in high school. Then a few years passed and I had a few distractions - high school, boyfriends, and nursing school.

 I later focused on a career in nursing and married my best friend and had later had two beautiful kids. Every moment with my husband and kids brings me complete joy and I didn't want to miss a moment of them. Thus, my passion for photography was rekindled- and must say almost an obsession!

The digital age of photography was new to me but I was determined I would learn it. I have since been devoting countless hours practicing, reading, studying, and attending workshops to improve my skills. My passion for photography continues to grow and I feel so fortunate to have a supportive husband and kids to encourage me along the way.

I am thrilled to have the opportunity to pursue my passion and I look forward to capturing unforgettable images of you and your family!
